So most of us buy a pack or two at a time, pay full price every month, and sometimes find our litter sold out.
With FlexiPass your packs wait in our warehouse at the 11.11 price. Your space stays clear, and the next 8 packs are one email away.
How FlexiPass works

Pay once at the 11.11 price
From RM15.83 a pack. If our prices go up later, your packs stay paid for.
Email us when you run low
We dispatch a carton of 8 packs within 3-5 business days, shipping included. Ask for one carton or several.
Choose your pass
Only 30 passes per size this 11.11. Crossed-out prices are the same packs bought one at a time at today's price.
Before you buy
- West Malaysia only. Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan aren't covered.
- Each delivery is at least 1 carton (8 packs) per address. You can send cartons to family at another West Malaysia address.
- Use all your packs within 20 months of payment. We remind you 30 days and 7 days before.
- No change-of-mind refunds, including packs not yet sent. If your cat hasn't used Frosty Pearl, try a single pack first.
- Faulty, damaged, missing or wrong packs are always replaced or refunded.
Questions
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and nothing renews. We only send a carton when you ask for one.
How do I ask for my next carton?
Email support@thepawmisedland.com from the email you bought with. Tell us your order number, which litter, how many cartons, and the name, phone number and address for each delivery. Ask about 7 business days before you run out.
Can I send cartons to my parents or a second home?
Yes, to any West Malaysia address. Each address gets at least 1 carton, and each carton comes with its own standard shipping.
Can I get my first carton straight away?
Yes. On the product page, choose "Send my first carton with this order". Or hold it and email us when you're ready.
What if I still have packs after 20 months?
We remind you before your pass ends. You then have 30 days to tell us where to send the rest. If we don't hear from you, we send it to your default address after 7 days' notice.
Does FlexiPass count for Top Spender?
Yes. A pass paid in full during the Golden Cat Days Top Spender period counts once, at what you paid. Later deliveries don't add to it.
