WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?

We ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 product arrives damaged due to the mail service mistreatment. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us at support@thepawmisedland.com as soon as possible and we will work it out with you.

 

WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE ANY UPDATES FOR MY ORDERS?

We do send out email updates for your order. However, the emails may sometimes end up in your Spam inbox as it is sent out from our system. Please check if there are any updates in your Spam inbox if you can't find any updates in your Primary inbox.

 

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? - ALL STANDARD PAYMENTS.

We currently accept all payments by FPX Online Banking, E-Wallets (GrabPay, Boost, Touch 'n Go), Visa, Mastercard. We are working on adding more payment methods in the near future

 

WHAT IF MY CARD GETS DECLINED WHEN I TRY TO PURCHASE?

If your card gets declined, we suggest paying with FPX Online Banking, E-Wallets or try other cards instead as there are rare occasions where your bank could decline the transaction which we have no control over.

 

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

Yes. Order changes can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched, while order cancellation is only eligible up to 24 hours after the order has been placed. You may cancel or make changes to your order via email support@thepawmisedland.com.

Please enter your shipping address correctly, as once it has been received and dispatched we cannot alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.

 

DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING FEES?

Shipping fees are non-refundable



HOW DO I KNOW MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is leaving the warehouse, you will receive another automatic email with shipping information.

 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
